Easel Local Monitoring是在运营者电脑上运行的工具，用于核对本人频道、既有视频的公开与处理状态、实际发布时间，并读取可获得的指标。Easel Local Monitoring runs on the operator’s computer. It checks the owner’s channel, existing video visibility, processing and publication times, and reads available metrics.

核对频道身份和已有视频，区分“平台已公开”“结果待核验”与“指标暂不可得”。记录返回时间和官方数据，不用计划时间代替实际发布时间。Check channel identity and existing videos. Keep public status, pending verification and unavailable metrics distinct. Record official results and observation times rather than treating a planned time as the actual publication time.

读取视频播放、点赞、评论等可用计数，以及延迟的按日Analytics报告。没有返回的数据不当作0；历史快照与当前读数分开呈现。Read available video counts and delayed daily Analytics reports. Missing results are not treated as zero. Historical snapshots are kept separate from current observations.
两项明确的只读权限Two specific read-only scopes
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly用于读取授权频道、上传列表和视频元数据、公开与处理状态及基础计数。Reads the authorized channel, upload list, video metadata, visibility, processing status and basic counts.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly用于读取本人视频的观看时长、分享、播放列表加入和订阅增加等可用Analytics报告。Reads available Analytics reports for the owner’s videos, including watch time, shares, playlist additions and subscribers gained.
这两项授权不允许上传、编辑或删除YouTube视频。更大范围Easel工作台中的独立发布流程不属于本次只读授权。本说明页不运行登录、采集或发布功能。These two scopes do not allow uploads, edits or video deletion. Separate publishing workflows in the wider Easel workbench are outside this read-only grant. This information page does not run sign-in, collection or publishing features.
数据与控制权Data and control
通过Google完成授权，不向本工具提供Google密码。可在Google账号中撤销访问，或在本机工作台断开连接。断开不会自动删除已保存历史；完整删除目前需联系运营者人工处理。Authorize through Google without giving this tool your Google password. Revoke access in your Google Account or disconnect locally. Disconnecting does not erase saved history; complete local deletion currently requires the operator’s manual action.

本工具使用YouTube API Services。使用YouTube相关功能时，须遵守YouTube服务条款；Google对其服务数据的处理见Google隐私政策。数据可受平台权限、配额和处理延迟影响。This tool uses YouTube API Services. Use of its YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of its service data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Results depend on platform permissions, quotas and processing delays.
